Who should attend this summit?
Mid-Career and Young professionals who are looking for personal and professional development from skilled experts and inspirational leaders. This isn’t your average summit. This isn’t a high-touch experience, but one designed to give you agency to choose how and where you need support to live more onpurpose during this chapter of your life. How much are tickets?
A limited number of early bird tickets priced at $100 are available. When those sell out, tickets will be $150, so act quickly!

Chidere "Rae" Igwe
Social Media Manager, #dayofpurpose
Chidere "Rae" Igwe is a PR professional, creative and rising entrepreneur from New Jersey. Her passion for people, and sharing their stories, is the sole motivation for her career in public relations. She supports clients in the luxury lifestyle, consumer products, real estate and healthcare industries, but found her purpose in the work she does for the small businesses in her neighborhood. Rae is able to confidently execute publicity, social media and event planning initiatives to benefit her clients and overall community.

Callan Blount Fleming
Founder, Coach, Trainer, and Community Builder
Callan Blount Fleming founded Spark Collective because she loves the power of lightbulb moments—the moments when we understand something that opens up new possibilities. She has learned through her diverse leadership experience that people are most fulfilled and inspired to do their best, world-changing work when companies are people-centered and people are purpose-driven. This philosophy drives Spark Collective’s customized leadership trainings, one-on-one coaching, and community and culture building support.
Callan shares her own leadership journey through Spark Collective’s blog and offers clients and the broader community opportunities to learn and reflect alongside one another. After all, we’re all in this together.

Nyla Nation
Nyla Nation is a communications professional specializing in media and entertainment.
Fortunate to identify one of her passions early on, she was able to explore traditional and creative narratives while attending Spelman College in Atlanta, GA. She turned her passion into productivity through plethora of internships, special projects, and organizations.
Nyla began her career in entertainment by becoming an assistant to a celebrity publicist. Following that experience, her skill and passion led her to roles at Viacom, NBCUniversal, Allied Integrated Marketing and FOX Broadcasting Company.
In addition to these roles, she has done freelance PR work on several projects that she has been passionate about, including project management for the On Purpose Movement®.

Julie Ngyuen
Julie Nguyen is a culturally savvy creative who is passionate about building brands. From content strategy to graphic design and creative direction, she has led multi-channel marketing initiatives for various industries—global nonprofits like the U.S. Peace Corps to top Silicon Valley tech companies such as YouTube. Through thoughtful analysis, she is able to help companies navigate complex issues, and identify creative solutions to communicate their story.

Duanecia Evans
Teach For America is a diverse network of leaders who confront educational inequity through teaching and work with unwavering commitment from every sector of society to create a nation free from this injustice.
As a collective force—educators, advocates, entrepreneurs, policymakers, community members—we fight for the aspirations of students and families. Our aim is to realize the day when every child has an equal opportunity to learn, grow, influence, and lead.
The Black Community Alliances cultivates and develops relationships with external organizations committed to strengthening Black educators, students, and communities. Our partnerships expand the professional and personal development of TFA’s Black staff, alumni, and corps members, to make sure that our organization is in greater service to the community.
