Marion brings over two decades of experience, starting as a 5th grade teacher through Teach For America, then launching the organization’s Chicago region as the founding executive director. Marion furthered her passion for people work when she served as the VP of People Partners, where she led the team of internal coaches who supported managers on their leadership, team culture, diversity and inclusiveness, change management, and talent recruitment. A certified professional coach through Coach Diversity Institute, Marion is passionate about continuing her journey to learn and foster racial justice in her community and all areas of her life.
