We are half way into the year so why not take a pause to reflect on how we've been living OnPurpose? The workshop will include a grounding & intention setting meditation, restorative yoga flow and reflection journaling. This mindful combination will empower us to continue to live, act and be OnPurpose!
Yoga instructor and Wellness Advocate, Mary Lou leads engaging and empowering yoga classes and guided meditations in NYC. In her classes she creates a safe space, encourages people to be their most authentic selves and to listen to their body and mind on and off the mat.
