Courtney Anderson is a law professor and entrepreneur based in Atlanta, Georgia. She is the owner and founder of Vibe Ride, a boutique fitness studio that originated in the Midtown neighborhood of Atlanta, Georgia. Vibe Ride is a start-up company founded in 2014, and is a women and minority owned business that specializes in indoor cycling. Since 2014, Vibe has grown to become the only black, female-owned fitness franchise with two locations in Atlanta, Georgia, a third opening in Detroit, Michigan in June 2019 and additional locations schedule to open in the near future.
Courtney is also a co-owner of Perspire Sauna Studio in the Buckhead neighborhood of Atlanta, which is the city’s first and only infrared sauna studio. Courtney is also a tenured law professor at Georgia State University College of Law and teaches property, health law and poverty law courses and is affiliated faculty at the Georgia State University School of Public Health. Anderson received an LL.M. with distinction from Georgetown University Law Center in 2012. She graduated from Harvard Law School in 2006, and summa cum laude from the University of Pittsburgh in 2003.
